Tenderloin with Cafe de Paris Sauce

Add all the ingredients and cook until the sauce is thick.

  • 250 g. tenderloin

Ingredients for Sauce

  • 100 g. butter
  • 35 g. cream
  • 25 g. roquefort cheese
  • 3 g. curry
  • 3 g. turmeric
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 heaping teaspoon mustard
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Melt the butter in a saucepan for the sauce.
Add all the ingredients and cook until the sauce is thick.
Cook both sides of the meat in a pan with a trace. Take the cooked meat on the cutting board and cut 1 finger thick slices.
Serve over the sauce.
