Strawberry Sherbet Ingredients
- 600 g. Strawberry
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 piece of lemon juice
- 3 cloves
- 2 liters of water
Cut the stalk of the strawberries and cut in half.
Take a large pot and crush the strawberries with the help of a potato crusher.
Add powdered sugar and lemon juice and leave for 10 – 15 minutes.
Then add water and cloves to the stove and cook.
When boiling, remove from the stove and strain.
You can filter the pulp with a cloth.
Last served with cooling.
