Ingredients for Cake Mortar
- 6 eggs
- 170 g. granulated sugar – 1 cup
- 115 g. flour – 1 cup
- 50 g. cocoa – ½ cup
- 1 orange peel – grater
Ingredients for Custard
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 10 blackberries
- 10 pieces of raspberry
Ingredients for over
- Dark chocolate – grater
For cake mortar;
Take the eggs into a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and whisk thoroughly.
Then sift the flour and cocoa through a sieve and add to your egg mixture.
Grate the orange peel into the cake mortar and mix it from the outside to the inside with a spatula.
Then spread a sheet of baking paper onto the bottom of your 27 × 37 cm glass baking dish and add the cake slurry you prepared.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 18 – 20 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for custard except blackberry and raspberry in a saucepan.
Then take it to the stove and stir.
Add the blackberries to the inside and pass through several turns of shredder.
Stir until custard consistency and set aside to cool.
When the cake is warm, cut it with a mold and place it in the cups.
Put on the custard you prepared.
Place again from your cake and pour the custard.
Decorate the top with raspberries and dark chocolate and serve.
