Iced Tea Ingredients
- 1 liter of hot water
- 3 tea bags of black tea
- 2 pieces of lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cloves
- 5 – 6 sprigs of fresh mint
- ½ liter of water
- 2 fingers missing lemon juice from 1 cup – 3-4 pieces
Add 1 liter of boiled water to a jug.
Throw 3 bags of black tea and leave to infuse.
Grate the skin of 2 lemons into thin, long pieces.
Then cut the grated lemon into thin slices.
When your tea is brewed, remove it from the tea bags.
When your tea is ready, add the lemon peels and lemon slices you planed into. Add powdered sugar and cloves, mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
When the sugar melts add fresh mint.
Then add half a liter of room temperature water and lemon juice.
Note: You should put the lemon juice last, otherwise your iced tea will be a bit bitter. Leave to stand slightly for cooling.
Then place in the refrigerator and allow to cool.
Note: You can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days !!
