Chicken Share Materials
- 2 pieces of dough
Ingredients for Boiling Chicken
- 3 pieces of chicken thigh
- 1 piece of carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 – 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Black peppercorns
- 1.5 liters of water
Ingredients for Wetting the Dough
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup soda
Ingredients for Bechamel
- 2 spoonful butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 3 cups of milk
- Black pepper
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Ingredients for over
- 1 handful of cheddar cheese – grater
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 – 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Put all the ingredients to boil your chickens in a saucepan and cook until your chicken is boiled.
When your chickens are boiled, remove the chickens from the pot and chew them.
Note: You can use the remaining water in your saucepan for soup or rice.
In a mixing bowl, mix the milk, olive oil and soda.
Dip the dough into this mixture and remove.
Spread into the tart mold that you lubricate with butter, giving a light share to the outside.
Cook the dough at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Put your saucepan on the stove and add butter and melt.
Add flour and sauté.
When your flour is lightly roasted, add curry, salt and pepper and mix a little more.
Then add the milk and mix with a whisk.
Add fresh oregano and continue stirring.
When your bechamel is ready, take the boiled chicken and mix it.
When your dough is out of the oven, add your bechamel chicken.
