Cake Burger Ingredients
- 100 g. butter – at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 3 – 3,5 cups of flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
Ingredients for Intermediate Cream
- 75 ml. cream
- 150 g. labne
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Lemon peel – grater
In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter and powdered sugar with a whisk.
Add the egg and continue to whisk.
Add the milk and continue to whisk.
Then sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla and add to the liquid mixture.
Pour the cake into the squeezing bag and squeeze round shapes on the baking tray where you spread greaseproof paper.
Wet your finger and flatten your muffins.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
Note: If you do not have a squeeze bag, you can do the same with the help of a spoon.
Take the cream into a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it is lightly bodied.
Strain excess juice of Labne cheese and add into the cream.
Grate the lemon peel and add the powdered sugar into it and mix from the outside with a spatula.
Allow the cream to cool and solidify in a little refrigerator.
Spread the cream that you have prepared in the cakes coming out of the oven and cooled, and then cover another cake and serve.
