Avocado Green Salad with Honey Mustard Sauce
- ½ core
- 10 – 15 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 piece of carrot – grater
- 2 cucumbers – grater
- 1 tomato
- ½ red onion
- 1 handful of walnuts
Ingredients for sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 avocado
- ½ lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Finely chop the hubs.
Grate the shell portion of carrot and cucumber.
Squeeze the juices with the help of a cheesecloth.
Remove the tomato seeds and cut them into thin slices.
Cut the red onion into small cubes.
Beat the walnuts so that they are slightly coarse.
Combine in a bowl.
Beat the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
Then cut the avocados into small cubes.
Take the chopped avocados into the sauce and beat them thoroughly.
Add the sauce to the salad mixture and mix well.
