Ingredients for Cookies
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g. margarine – cold
- 1 egg
- 3 – 4 tablespoons cold milk
Ingredients for Apples
- 2 green apples
- 1 wiping tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 – 2 small cubes of margarine
- Cinnamon sticks
Ingredients for over
- Powdered sugar
Chop the apples into smaller cubes than the backgammon dice.
Heat your ceiling thoroughly and add the chopped apples and sauté.
Continue to sauté until your apples are brown at high temperatures.
Add brown sugar on sautéed apples and sauté slightly.
Then add margarine and mix a few turns.
Add the cinnamon and remove from the stove.
Place on a separate plate and put in the refrigerator to cool.
For cookie dough;
Flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, vanilla and cubed chopped cold margarine in the shredder until it becomes sandy.
Then add the eggs and milk and continue to pull.
Wrap the prepared cookie dough in a stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and place it on the baking sheet.
Add the apple mortar to the dough and knead the apples into the dough.
Put another baking paper on it and spread your dough 1 cm thick.
When the dough is ready, cut the dough with a 6 cm circle.
Place in greased paper on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees.
If you wish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
